Major responsibilities

• Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports

• Organize insurance requirements

• Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

• Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases

• Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

• Collect monthly fees and rent

• Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants Requirements

• Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred

• Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation

• Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
