Position Overview:

  • Flexible Schedule: Work four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm with the flexibility to adjust hours to suit your lifestyle!

  • Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $31 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.

Your Role:

  • Operate and set up specialized test equipment to ensure all electronic components meet our strict quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to support every phase of the repair process, including troubleshooting, rework, and quality testing.

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems, bringing your unique insights and expertise to the team.

  • Analyze test data, assess performance, and make precise adjustments to optimize outcomes.

  • Play a key role in developing new repair methods and participate in experimental testing projects that drive innovation.

What You Bring:

  • An Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience through military training.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years in electronics repair and testing, with expertise in reading PCB schematics (IPC certification preferred).

  • Proven experience troubleshooting down to the component level, such as resistors, capacitors, and diodes.

  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and electronic test equipment.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
