Job Summary The Field Service Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data sets to support decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or soon to be graduate to gain hands-on experience working with data sets and building dashboards to inform business decisions. Here's what you will do in this role: Learn business systems and how data is created in Field Service. Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, and ETL skills along with report building as the business dictates. Generates ad-hoc queries to support Field Service analysis requests from internal/external stakeholders Gather information, analyze data, and assist in special projects. Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders Work with Field Service leadership to gather requirements, data context and foster data-driven decision making across the organization Required Skills: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools) Relevant experience with data systems migration and reporting systems (SQL, Teradata, Snowflake) desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge with Salesforce is desired. Education The candidate we seek will be graduating in 2025 or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or related program.
