Description

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a non-exempt coordinator in Academic Affairs. The coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the AOA/COCA accreditation for KCOM. This position will assist with organizing, tracking, and reporting information for the KCOM Student Promotion Board as well as coordinating and tracking confidential student data and tracking student leave of absence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus 2-3 years experience.

  • Experience in higher education/project/program document preparation.

  • Some office management experience and proven track record in a highly productive setting.

  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft and Google Drive.

  • Polished written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Detail Detail-oriented, writing, proofing, and editing abilities.
