Insight Global Traffic Manager in Kissimmee, Florida

Job Description

A client in Orlando is looking for a Traffic Manager to join their team.

This person will:

  • Set up and track online ad campaigns

  • Ensure the team is aligned with project milestones

  • Shepherd projects through the approval process until files are released to internal partners and vendors

  • managing schedules and tasks through production phase to ensure on time completion

  • Assume leadership of job at production meetings and manage through production artists, digital producers, print production, etc.

  • Ensure routing of materials is done in an efficient and timely manner- Account Management, Business Affairs, Proofreading, Compliance, CE, and Strategy

  • Maintain deadline status with Project and Account Management

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of traffic management, professional marketing, advertising agency, project management, or related experience

  • Working knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each

  • Ability to lead project tactics and timelines

  • Ability to handle a demanding workload/portfolio of projects

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience null
