DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will provide assistance to county organizations by investigating problems and responding to employee inquiries. It is important to communicate with central office to address any concerns related to Systems Applications and Products (SAP). You will also review data from SAP and Roadway Management Systems to ensure program goals are met and systems control is maintained.  If there are more complex issues, they will be escalated to the supervisor for resolution. The supervisor will review the work once it is completed to ensure it meets the required standards and is accurate.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; or One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
