We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to be responsible for the financial management of accounts receivable. The AR specialist is accountable for all aspects of the accounts receivable Process.

• Receive, process and post incoming payments

• Resolve client billing question s and concerns using interna; and external resources

• Reconcile all non-inventory and inventory invoices

• process all sales tax payments and reconciliation

• verify and ensure accuracy of data prior to invoice distribution to clients

• Generate the process commissions

• Ensure all documentation from staff is collected and appropriate data is posted to the company's accounting and billing systems

• Process expense reports for the company employees

• Reconcile AP & AR aging

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required
