Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst/FP& A in Knoxville, Tennessee. The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role will also involve regular reporting on KPIs and financial performance to the CFO and regional VPs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting for multiple regional VPs

• Collaborate with regional VPs to guide them through their budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor and report on KPIs and their variance analysis

• Carry out monthly reviews of Profit and Loss (P& L) statements

• Participate in heavy budgeting and forecasting activities

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Ensure accurate financial reporting across all regions

• Take appropriate measures in monitoring customer accounts

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Demonstrable skills in Budgeting and Forecasting

• Experience with Profit and Loss statements required

• Familiarity with KPI Reporting is expected

• Proven expertise in Financial Analysis

• Experience in Variance Analysis is necessary

A Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred with 4+ years or experience
