Merchandiser Responsibilities: + Stock vending machines with a variety of products, including snacks, beverages, and other items, according to established schedules and inventory levels. + Monitor inventory levels to ensure machines are adequately stocked. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of vending machines and surrounding areas, including removing trash and debris. + Set plannograms/promotional material as needed based on company guidelines. + Build positive relationships with customers and address any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. + Use of inventory system (Vendsys) to manage items needed, items being restocked, and more. + Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties. + Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that arise. + Continuously seek opportunities to improve vending machine performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in vending machine merchandising or a related field preferred. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. + Basic math skills for inventory management and other tasks. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. General Requirements: + Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently. + Be at least 21 years old (DOT) with a valid driver's license. + Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. + Must be able to obtain a DOT medical physical card. + Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
