Business Development and Sales

Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development and Sales team member. This team member will help develop and implement the strategic plan to drive brand awareness, develop, manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel for both commercial and residential customers, and successfully identify and grow new markets and revenue streams. Successful candidate must have a proven track record in maintaining key client relationships while identifying strategic business opportunities in uncharted industries and/or applications. Candidate will be accountable for the full development of new account agreements specifically within the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural space, while introducing our floor coating technology and services to markets where LGC currently has little to no presence.

Lifetime Green Coatings is a residential and commercial floor coating company that is disrupting the market space by providing a 100% all-natural and sustainable alternative to the environmentally toxic epoxy products. The patented LCG product is made in the USA and is 100% UV stable, waterproof, class A fire rated, 4-10x thicker than epoxy, 100% flexible and significantly more durable with none of the nasty odors from the toxic off-gassing that lasts for days with epoxies. All of these benefits, plus more, at or below the price of our competition plus a lifetime warranty. The challenge you will be faced with will not be not product differentiation or value creation. The challenge you must overcome will be creating brand awareness for a great product that is new to the growing Knoxville market. Successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting and building new customer relationships and generating revenue from leads. Candidate will aggressively pursue RFP opportunities for floor coatings product services for these new markets and will be skilled in all facets of the sales cycle with a strong emphasis on closing the sale. Must have the demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business sales goals, develop new markets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities ? Develop Sales and Market strategies to exceed the companys Sales objectives through the development and expansion of new markets and revenue streams ? Collaborate with CEO to develop, execute and implement a strategic marketing plan ? Establish and manage new and existing key business relationships ? Accountable for the successful attainment of budgeted monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals ? Ability to develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects, sale projections and analysis utilizing our operating system

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ? Self-driven, highly motivated and energetic professional with established networks in the greater Knoxville, TN area ? Strength in negotiations and relationship management essential ? Strong Business and Sales acumen and demonstrated success developing and executing a strategic growth marketing and sales strategy in the B2B, B2C, DTC landscapes ? Strong business relationships with key decision makers in the following markets highly preferred (home builders, house flippers, relators, commercial development companies and architects, pool installers) ? High level of honesty and personal integrity, responsibility and accountability ? Understanding of the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Industries a plus. ? Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills ? Excellent Time Management skills ? Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license ? Must be able to pass a background check
