Description
The Occupational Therapist plans and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to improve an individual's functional independence in life skills. Evaluates and treats individuals in the areas of activities of daily living, functional cognition and perception, neuromuscular treatment and return to work. Evaluates, records and reports patient progress.

This posting is for multiple openings of Occupational Therapist at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center, AK. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the Therapy Department:
Occupational Therapist - Full-Time (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week)
$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
1 year of experience.
