Member Services Coordinator, Riverbend

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Execute administrative related duties related to membership accounts within a private club. Acts as switchboard operator and perform all functions associated with reservations for member services, activities for both internal and external guests.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process membership dues, statements, inquiries, and referrals.

  • Act as central reservations for the club and manage reservations for different clubofferings.

  • Complete other administrative tasks as required

  • Coordination of small group events in terms of reservations both on site and off.

  • Ensure new member applications are completed, membership dues and initiation fees are collected and that new members understand the privileges and costs of becoming a member.

  • Provide support for accurate member records; address, membership classification, ensure member lists are up to date, etc.

  • Frequent use of internal software systems to run reports regarding reservations and financials

  • Organize and host frequent site visits with members, administrative assistants, and event coordinators/managers.

This is a Full-Time, position weekdays and weekends required with hours between 7am-8pm.

Skills/Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree preferred

  • 1-3 years in previous member services or reservations type role.

  • Ability to effectively engage with the public. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication and decision-making skills along with a strong attention to detail.

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and a point of sale system strongly preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $23.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
