Sales Analyst, Retail Channel

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Sales Analyst, Retail Channel, is responsible for developing dashboards, compiling data, and statistics, maintaining data sources to develop and help with performance tracking, reconciliation and analyzing market trends. Build relationships with field sales, marketing and product teams along with Key customers. Support field Sales and management in using the systems and tools to their fullest capability; including improved advanced analytics modeling related to key internal and external data (Point of Sale, Inventory, compensation etc).

Specific Responsibilities

  • Compile information, develop correlations on historical data, run regression analysis and have ability to measure impact on key KPIs across various locations.

  • Have strong statistical background and keen analytical mind to provide insights from large and varied channel data sets to understand the significant impact on sales by geography.

  • Provide actionable insights to guide leadership and sales teams in decision-making. Ensure data quality and accuracy within sales system and reports.

  • Monitor customer and market trends, Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes. Monitor customer and market trends.

  • Assist in conducting Matched Marketing testing and A/B testing to understand the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing pilots.

  • Ability to manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data and generate interactive reports and dashboards for the team.

  • Data mine the leading indicators for Plumbing Market “Starts, Migration, Economic Indices, Repair and Remodel” and consistently feed the actionable insights to Sales and Marketing leadership.

  • Capability to prioritize and able to work independently as well as be a strong team player.

  • Drive Promo Management from end to end across all channels. Effective analyze Price elasticity and provide guidance.

Skills/Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • 3-5 years of analytics experience is required. Motivated self-starter, proactive and action oriented. 1-2 years experience in Advanced Data & Analytics.

  • Exceptional Excel, Power BI and analytical skills.

  • Experience with statistical platforms like R or Python to run regression analysis will be preferred.

  • Industry knowledge advantageous.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
