Opportunity

Our Woodlake Market team offers a full-service bakery, deli, floral, meat and seafood departments, as well as local organically-raised beef and poultry, and a large selection of unique and hard-to-find specialty grocery products. Join our guest services retail team—the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our customers remember long after their visit.

Specific responsibilities

• Assist cashiers by ringing sales and monitoring checkout lines.

• Responsible for ringing all lottery and tobacco sales.

• Answer all incoming calls and transfer, or relay messages appropriately.

• Assist in handling customer concerns and feedback.

• Handle cash transactions with customers.

• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.

• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.

This is a full time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Hours are primarily between 11:45am and 8:10pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have the ability to obtain a liquor license.

• Customer service experience in a retail setting required.

• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)

The hourly range for this position is $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
