Ensure that activities are consistent with and built upon the Kohler Operating System.Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Engineer, Operations Manager, or Lean Leader-related occupation. Up to 25% of domestic and international travel required.
