職務目的 ( Job Purpose )

  • 損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティングは中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライターが行う意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響します。

  • ファイナンシャラインは日本において市場が急成長している商品であるものの、市場はまだ未成熟であり、アンダーライターは、実際の引き受けだけでなく、販売促進、教育などへの貢献も期待されています。

  • ビジネスの質を維持し、革新的な商品を市場に提供し、収益性の高い成長を実現するためにも、このような活動に専念できる適切な人材の獲得を期待しています。

  • In insurance business, underwriting is core and essential. Decision making done by underwriter is directly impact to P&L of insurance company.

  • In Japan, Financial line is the product which market is growing rapidly but immature yet, and individual contribution of underwriter is still expected not only in actual underwriting but also sales promotion, training, etc…

  • To keep the quality of business, delivering innovative product to the market and achieve profitable growth, we are expecting to have proper resource who can focus on such activities.

    職責(Job Responsibilities)

  • ファイナンシャルラインのアンダーライターとして、法人顧客の保険条件の判断を行います。

  • ファイナンシャルラインで取り扱う主な商品は、 D&O保険、E&O保険、サイバー保険、雇用慣行賠償責任保険、Crime保険等です。 候補者はこれら全ての商品を幅広く取り扱いつつ、特定のビジネスラインをリードすることも期待されます。

  • アンダーライターとして、顧客・ブローカー・代理店等との直接折衝を行うこともあります。

  • 保険引受だけでなく、マーケティング活動や商品開発もミッションの一部となります。

  • アンダーライターのグループを管理し、技術的な専門知識を提供することで彼らをサポートする責任を負う可能性があります。

  • The candidate will work as underwriter in Financial Lines and make decision about terms and condition of insurance for corporate client.

  • Major products in Financial Lines D&O, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Employment Practice Liability, Crime, etc. The candidate will broadly deal with all those products, but also expected to lead specific line of business.

  • As underwriter, candidate will deal with client/ broker/ agents for negotiation.

  • Not only underwriting, marketing activity and product development will be part of the mission.

  • Candidate could have a responsibility to manage group of underwriters and support them by providing technical expertise.

    必要とされるスキル・経験 ( Required Skills and Experiences)

      最終学歴 Educational Qualification

  • 学士号または同等の学位

  • Bachelor/graduate or same level of educational qualification

      業務経験 Total Experience

      <必須/Must Have>

  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力(読み書き)

  • 中上級レベルの英語力(例:TOEIC785点以上)

  • 法人ビジネスにおけるアンダーライティング(またはそれに準ずる)経験(ファイナンシャルラインの経験があれば尚可)

  • クライアント・ブローカー・代理店とのコミュニケーション能力

  • Native level Japanese skill (both speaking/ writing)

  • Upper Intermediate level of English skill (eg: TOEIC 785 or more)

  • Underwriting (or equivalent) experience in corporate business (Financial Lines experience is most preferred)

  • Commutation skill to seek solution with client/ broker/ agents.
