Job summary: The Greene, Tweed Rotation Engineering Development Program is a 2 year long technical development program that provides entry level engineers with direct experience in a number of engineering job roles within the engineering and operations teams. This program exposes the new engineer to different product lines, job functions and business processes within our organization, preparing them for a technical placement upon completion of the program.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Executes a total of (4) six-month assignment plan in accordance with departmental manager’s expectations. Solicits support and technical direction from Site Coordinator, Mentor and/or peers as appropriate.

• Provides periodic report-outs to Executive Management team, including results achieved, impact to business and lessons learned.

• Supports continuous improvement efforts of the site, including the completion of Lean/Six Sigma training as required by business.

• Periodically attends training based on assignment plan requirements and/or soft-skill development needs.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: BS Degree (or regional equivalent) in Engineering discipline

Skills and Experience: • 0-2 years (internship/Co-Op) related Engineer experience desired • Basic understanding of Engineering practices, design methods & calculations. • Ability to read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information & suggest design/process changes to ensure simple, functional & cost effective results. • Strong learning agility and communication skills required.
