JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position: The High School Academy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating collaborative efforts among K12 partners, academics, and student services to assist in organizing, planning, and facilitating the Educating Tomorrow\'s Teachers Academy. Responsibilities include developing and fostering relationships with K12 partner administrators, staff, and faculty, connecting them to relevant stakeholders at Western. Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for organization will ensure structures are in place for effective recruitment and execution of the high school academy. This is a flexible (Monday-Friday 7am-5pm) part-time (20-24 hours/week) non-benefit eligible limited term position ending 6/30/26. This is also a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 1-2 days a week working from home after the training period. This position would require travel between regional locations and partnering school districts. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: Associate\'s degree in related field OR Education combined with appropriate occupational experience in related field totaling 2 yrs.
