This role exists for policy and statutory oversight of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Targeted Case Management (TCM), and Community Recovery Services (CRS). Directly leads program staff to ensure services and program expectations are clearly performed in an efficient, effective, and optimized fashion. Oversight and responsibility to prioritize, balance, and manage resources in an ever-growing service area, practicing ethics, inclusivity, and self-awareness. The role requires a detailed understanding and integration of multiple State and Federal statutes, rules, policies, and regulations, as well as Human Services & County vision & mission and operationalizes these into effective and meaningful services.
