Organizational Effectiveness Program Specialist or Program Manager

Hiring Salary Range: $73,400 - $126,800

Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level

The Organizational Effectiveness Program Specialist will administer and implement processes within Organizational Effectiveness programs including continuous monitoring and improvement of the program's health and establishing performance improvement strategies. Interface cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of assigned programs and processes, working with peer groups to maintain high standards in line with industry best practices.

The Impact You'll Make In This Role:

  1. Assist in the oversight and coordination of one or more Performance Improvement programs:
  • Support in administering the Corrective Action Program (CAP), including coordinating, monitoring, conducting reviews, analyses, evaluations, and trending.

  • Aid in coordinating strategies for enhancing human performance, maintaining human performance initiatives, and executing integrated trending and analysis.

  • Assist in engaging with the Operating Experience (OE) Program, screening incoming OE from all sources, and distributing them to respective OE leads for evaluation.

  • Help manage the Trending Program by reviewing identified issues, analyzing their overall impact, and communicating with station personnel and management when trends are identified.

  • Support the Benchmarking/Self-Assessment program by maintaining the schedule and overseeing the outputs resulting from BM/SA activities.

  1. Assist in Root Cause or Investigation Analyses for problems within the Organizational Effectiveness department.

  2. Participate in industry peer groups to understand Dairyland’s methodologies for performance improvement programs.

  3. Assist in developing, evaluating, maintaining, and implementing administrative procedures or other Performance Improvement program documents.

  4. Support in providing oversight for root cause/high level/significant condition evaluations.

  5. Assist in preparing lesson plans and conducting Performance Improvement training for employees.

  6. Assist in developing, monitoring, updating, and trending plant performance indicators.

  7. Participate in self-assessments.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical or business discipline is required with three years’ experience in Plant Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Corrective Action Program, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Human Behavior, or other technical areas is a plus. Experience with Causal Analysis preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.

  • Ability to assist in coordinating and executing performance improvement programs under

  • supervision.

  • Good communication skills to interact with external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage diverse tasks concurrently.

  • Basic problem-solving skills, with good oral and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop professional and technical information.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high work standards.

  • Ability to work independently under supervision, and exhibit proactiveness in addressing evolving issues.

  • Willingness to continuously upgrade knowledge and skills through relevant qualifications, technical training, and/or post-secondary education.

  • Basic knowledge of standard work processes and procedures

  • Willingness to learn causal evaluation techniques.

  • Basic knowledge of Corrective Action Program regulatory requirements and station work processes and procedures would be advantageous.

Licenses and Certifications : Valid driver’s license.
