As a working supervisor, you will manage a team of 14 individuals, support 36 locations totaling 1.1 million square feet and be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics and facility technicians providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Prioritize and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement What You Will Need: Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC or a related field. 1 year diploma in HVAC would be considered. 3-4 years of past building and trades experience Strong communication and collaboration experience What is Available: Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday days Location: primarily based in La Crosse, WI Otherwise, will provide support at other locations as business needs.
