Seeking a Custodian to provide cleaning and maintenance to four of our Union County locations. This individual should be able to demonstrate higher than average cleaning, organizational, and communication skills, be exceptionally self-driven with a show of dedicated work ethic. Requirements: * High school graduate or GED certificate is required. * Valid Oregon Driver\'s License. * Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check upon job offer. * Previous custodial and/or ground keeping is highly desirable. Duties: * Clean walls, desks, tables, and other surfaces. * Sweep, vacuum, shampoo, mop, wax and/or polish flooring as needed. * Clean and sanitize all surfaces of bathrooms. * Collect and empty all trash. * Light maintenance, including minor repairs. * Ensure grounds keeping is maintained.
