JOB SUMMARY

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our daily email communication across multiple brands, as well as developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. This will include managing email campaigns, SMS messaging, analyzing customer data, and implementing CRM strategies.

Annual Salary: $75,000- $90,000

Shift: (Hybrid) M-F Flexible hours - 3 days in office & 2 days working from home

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve customer engagement and repeat purchases. This includes referral and loyalty programs.

  • Analyze customer data and implement personalized marketing strategies

  • Collaborate with other team members to identify marketing opportunities for our existing customers

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email, SMS, and repeat purchase behavior

  • Work with stakeholders to implement email and SMS best practices

  • Use A/B testing to validate email / SMS creative, copy and content

  • A strong understanding of customer journeys

  • Responsible for understanding our customer base and leveraging customer segmentation skills to manage our customer list

  • Driving retention and repeat rates

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or customer relationship management

  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business management, or related fields
