Job Description

One of Insight Global's top clients within the payroll industry is looking for an associate customer consultant to sit hybrid in La Palma, CA. This person will be responsible for supporting the contact center, answering up to 30 complex inbound calls daily. The associate customer consultant will lead clients through any questions regarding payroll and application navigation via telephone, email, ticketing systems and more. This person must be adaptable and strong problem solving skills. All employees will receive equipment to work on. This position pays $24.50/hr.

• Technologically Savvy

• HS Diploma or GED * Bachelor's Degree

• Payroll Experience null
