Job Description

Seeking two dedicated Quality Lab Technicians for both 1st and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include collecting and preparing samples, conducting product testing, ensuring accurate test data entry, maintaining organized records, and ensuring all laboratory operations comply with regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with various teams to maintain product quality and laboratory efficiency.

Hard Skills

Experience Required

• 2 years of GMP quality and testing OR a science based degree

• 1 year+ of high attention to detail or organizational skills

Work Environment

Climate-controlled laboratory environment at a company in LaPorte, IN with a structured 4 On 4 Off schedule for the 3rd shift (6pm-6am). Potential flexibility for a similar schedule on the 1st shift (6am-6pm) for the right candidate. The role involves repetitive testing tasks and coordinating with production for sample delivery.
