Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist the Big Bay Division in any way that is required, to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.

• Keep the shop clean, safe and organized.

• Inventory parts and stock tool room as required.

• Transport parts by forklift to various locations on the property as needed.

• Clean parts according to environmental and safety regulations established by the company.

• Keep all common areas clean and organized including break rooms and bathrooms.

• Observe all company safety and quality procedures.

• Practice lean principles in daily work and participate in Big Bay lean events.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Organization skills.

• Forklift experience is valued.
