Job Description

We are currently seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO). The SSHO will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including assisting in day-to-day operations on the project site and managing safety. The SSHO will be on-site during construction and will be responsible for the safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety enforcement. Success in this position requires a dynamic motivated individual. We seek high-potential individuals who can learn quickly and grow with the organization, assuming additional responsibility as the organization expands. This person will initially support one of the largest heavy civil projects in Florida, a large reservoir project, for the next 1-3 years. They will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of other projects related to Florida Everglades restoration.
