Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the construction/contractor industry located in Ladson, South Carolina, 29456, United States. We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to become an integral part of our team. Your role will primarily revolve around handling accounts receivable duties, posting payments, and managing discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing cash applications

• Handling discrepancies in customer accounts

• Posting customer payments to appropriate accounts

• Efficiently performing data entry tasks

• Using Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Utilizing Sage Accounting Software for managing financial records

• Conducting account reconciliation activities

• Managing billing processes

• Overseeing cash collections operations

• Handling commercial collections activities Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation process and techniques

• Demonstrated ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively

• Experience in Billing and invoice management

• Familiarity with Cash Applications and their usage in financial processing

• Proven skills in Cash Collections and related financial operations

• Experience with Commercial Collections in a construction/contractor industry setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting

• Proficiency in using Sage Accounting Software for financial record keeping and processing
