About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Ocala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by coaching daily operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for developing a team of employees, ensuring labor control, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success

• Strong knowledge of food safety and cleanliness regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management

• Certification in food safety or hospitality management

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Working manager ensuring daily restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, and employee coaching is accomplished

• Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant profitability and customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness regulations

• Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling

• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet financial goals
