WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Spyder Marketing department. This role will have hands-on experience working across a wide range of projects with key members of the marketing team. This role will be responsible for sample management, assisting with production needs for photoshoots, influencer activation support, trade marketing, athlete, and event support.

This role is located in Lafayette, Colorado.

  • Photo studio/production support

  • Responsible for packing and shipping product for all ambassador activity

  • Order entry for the marketing department needs

  • Assist the marketing team with events, from planning to onsite coordination (some travel required)

  • Trade marketing support

  • Athlete support

  • Support for booking travel & concur expense reports

  • Plans and activates Marketing Team building activities, celebrations, morale

  • Promo and POS orders

  • Support partner programs and orders for university program, factory team, Taos and other

  • Work with partners to ensure on time billing and invoicing for marketing related operations

    Sample Coordination

  • Marketing sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples

  • Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, across departments and through final archiving, ensuring all samples are received and track down any missing styles with sourcing team

  • Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines to always ensure tracking of samples

  • Pull, package and ship samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, athletes, and PR needs

  • Manage care of samples post shoots to ensure samples are cleaned and ready for use

    Miscellaneous

  • Additional tasks as directed by your manager or department leads

  • Social media – content planning and execution

  • Management of digital assets on DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms and Box.com

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • This role is located in Lafayette, Colorado

  • University or equivalent degree in business/marketing

  • Project and/or events management experience

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, relationship builder, positive attitude

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, whilst producing high-quality work

  • Strong problem solver, resourceful

  • Highly productive/multitasking/self-starter

  • Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote experience

  • Adobe Suite experience a bonus

  • Experience with cloud storage of digital assets (box.com, Dropbox, OneDrive)

    Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
