Staff Management | SMX Account Supervisor I in Lafayette, Indiana

As a Staffing Supervisor I, you will support the day-to-day management of a shift at a client site including interviewing and orienting new associates. You apply your outstanding organizational skills to facilitate an efficient, safe, and productive operation .

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package. Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in daily shift management

  • Track and report daily attendance

  • Track and report associate performance and conduct

  • Complete regular safety checks

  • Assist with associate retention programs

  • Support full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing

Experience

  • High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months of related experience

  • Experience supervising/managing a team

  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Communications skills, both oral and written

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
