**[Summary [As a Maintenance Technician, youll become the guardian of our property, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for all. From minor fixes to intricate repairs, you'll be our go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly. Whether it's procuring supplies, maintaining inventory, or clearing snow, you'll tackle each task with efficiency and precision. And through it all, you'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring our property always shines. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on delivering top-notch customer service, all the time. You'll be the face of our company, embodying professionalism, and dedication in all you do.

  • Maintain top-notch cleanliness
    • spruce up interiors and exteriors (walls to windows), paint, clean, sweep, and landscape like an artist.
  • Perform preventative maintenance/repairs
    • able to work on electrical, plumbing, drywall, heating, AC, tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, fireplaces, ceiling fixtures, interior and exterior lights, smoke alarms, appliances, pool, and security system.
  • Safety first
    • be knowledgeable and practice within safety protocols and regulations.
  • Exceptional hospitality
    • be the friendly face answering residents' repair calls promptly.

  • Received High School Diploma or GED and has a valid Drivers License
  • Proficient oral and written communication and math proficiency to assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and other maintenance needs.
  • Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements, OSHA standards, and other environmental safety standards
  • Experience in maintenance/repairs for multi-family or commercial property (student housing experience and certificates preferred)
