Job Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing candidates and evaluating resumes for jobs through internal and external tools and resources (social media, job boards, ATS and CRM etc.).

  • Conducting qualitative candidate pre-screens while providing exemplary candidate experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers to candidates.

  • Delivering the most qualified candidates, building strong candidate pipelines, and monitoring and managing reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Effectively manage passive and tactical candidate pipelines, maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience during the process.

  • Use creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery and other channels to generate new leads, and nurture existing leads.

  • Provide continual feedback to the leaders on activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions. Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.

  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition professionals to share knowledge, sourcing best practices and upskill on Technical Sourcing methodologies.

What you will have:

Candidate Sourcing

Level Working Knowledge: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.

Business Process Improvement

Level Basic Understanding: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.

Service Excellence

Level Working Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Relationship Management

Level Working Knowledge: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Level Working Knowledge:

Candidate Screening

Level Working Knowledge: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.

Level Working Knowledge:

Staffing and Recruiting

Level Basic Understanding: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.

Workforce Analytics

Level Basic Understanding: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.

Nice to have:

  • Technical and diversity sourcing experience

  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM’s

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data using market insights and sourcing ROI
