The duties include: debris removal (leaves, shrubs, plants, limbs etc), blow leaves with backpack blower, push lawn mowers to mow lawns and fields of grass. dig holes to plant hedges, shrubs, succulents, and the lie. Watering and treating lawns and fields. string trimmers, Trim hedges, plant and prune native and non native plants as needed for clients. remove dead hedges, shrubs and plants. Add top soil and nutrients to hedges, shrubs and other plants. Install sod where needed. Check sprinklers.Employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the job at no cost to the employee. One the job training will not be provided. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm. Work is to be performed solely in the county of Maui. We show up at our Office during work mornings, at the start of the shift, and then you will get in one of our company vehicles to the location of the and back to the Office after work. Anticipated Start and End Date: October 1, 2024 with and end date of June 30, 2025. (October 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025). Wage offered is: $20.41 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly (every two weeks). Employer will reimburse inbound and outbound transportation and daily subsistence costs for corresponding U.S. workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residence within the same workday.Inbound transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary lodging) to the place of employment will be provided or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period of is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer uses a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. H- 2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visas. Visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.
