Work Schedule Hybrid role; In-Office days Mon. & Tue.

Description/Comment:

• Day to day support and leadership with system applications and initiatives.

• Ability to support projects and work independently to gather requirements and coordination of meetings and activities across finance and Technical partners

• Focus on ensuring that system changes are properly documented and integrated within financial systems

• Partner with finance partners for approval, coordination of testing efforts to validate financial requirements, and work with IT and Business partners to ensure that critical financial needs are covered.

• Identify and implement process efficiencies via automation. Ability to quickly learn new systems and key processes is a critical requirement for this role.

• Utilize multiple systems and tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

Basic Qualifications

• Skill-sets to document processes with process flows and presentation tools

• Drive efficiency through process improvements, including constant update, revision and creation of financial models, templates, and planning process

• Requires to adapt to changing priorities based on issues at hand

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelors/ relevant years of experience
