The Walt Disney Company Sr Associate, Business Development in Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Disney’s Corporate Alliances team develops and manages multi-faceted, long-term strategic marketing relationships with top global brands. The Corporate Alliances team is dedicated to creating incremental value through creative storytelling between The Walt Disney Company and its partners. Our team’s mission is to be the world’s premier marketing partnership organization.

The Business Development Center of Excellence is located in Orlando, FL, and is responsible for building new Corporate Alliance partnerships by leveraging a diverse set of skills that includes research, ideation, influence, and negotiation. As part of this team, you will be the visionary that brings all segments of The Walt Disney Company together to meet the objectives of our partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Understand basic financial statements

  • Proven business acumen

  • Ability and propensity to turn vision into action while following through on numerous parallel workstreams

  • Proficiency in creative and analytical thinking

  • Proven ability to create advanced, complex presentations, e.g., PowerPoint and Keynote

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Possess facilitation and influencing skills

  • Effective written communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, strategy, partnership development, business development, product development, or similar

  • Comfortable working in excel with basic data and financial information

  • Familiarity with Keynote

  • Familiarity with TWDC portfolio of products and services, including a working knowledge of Disney Parks & Resorts

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Education:

  • MBA
