Adecco is looking for a candidate to fill an assembler position in Lake Forest, CA. In this role you will perform basic electro-mechanical assembly operations, including building antenna products according to manufacturing drawings and instructions. You will validate workmanship, check quality, and meet output requirements while collaborating with engineering on prototype assemblies.

Location: Lake Forest, CA (92630)

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Possible overtime from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM)

Placement Type: Contract (12-month assignment with possible extension or conversion)

Responsibilities:

• Build basic Level I assemblies utilizing engineering and manufacturing documentation with supervision.

• Perform various operations, including rework, while maintaining quality standards.

• Conduct self-inspections and oversee quality activities.

• Assemble/disassemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools.

• Perform basic functional tests, including dielectric and bonding tests.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of three years of assembly and testing experience.

• Proficiency with hand tools and calibrated equipment (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches).

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality.

• Proficient in computer skills for accessing documents and using SAP or MRP systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting quality and quantity standards.

• Excellent attendance and organizational skills.

• Capability to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Repetitive hand and foot movements required.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Good hand-eye coordination and sharp eyesight for accuracy.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
