Insight Global Maintenance Manager in Lake Forest, California

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Manager for a client in the Lake Forest, CA area. The Maintenance Manager will be sitting onsite Monday- Friday in Lake Forest and will be responsible for managing 3 Shift Supervisors and the technicians under each supervisor. This individual will be responsible for providing guidance, fostering team spirit, and building out the maintenance team. The Maintenance Manager leads all aspects of production maintenance activities across 3 shifts and Shift supervisors, planner-scheduler, maintenance, and parts room staff to ensure maximum operating efficiency and ensuring compliance with all Safety and Environmental requirements. Additionally, this position reports to the Director and will be engaged in developing and implementing timelines, parts, and cost control measures, and have a working knowledge of financial administration in areas of capital expenditures and budget management, preventative maintenance and Total Productive Reliability programs, safety and quality programs as it relates to equipment and production efficiency to help achieve departmental goals.

Skills and Requirements

3-4 years of Maintenance Technician experience

5+ years of Maintenance Management experience (ideally experience managing 10-15 people)

Strong knowledge of FDA standards

Strong knowledge of GMP compliance

CMMS system experience

5+ years of working experience within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing Plant cGMP environment or another Regulated Environment

5+ years of experience managing department budget; including monitoring controlling and generating budget

Associate technical degree OR full 8 years of working experience in lieu of associate degree with high school diploma Engineering degree

PLC Training or any technical schooling

Total Productive Reliability Program (TPR) experience

Prior experience managing a large facility in a three-shift production environment null
