We are searching for aSenior Brand Manager - Reynolds Kitchensto join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As the Senior Brand Managerfor Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper, you will manage a portfolio of branded and private label products, acting as a general manager and ensuring delivery against key business goals. You will work in a collaborative environment to drive consumer demand for the portfolio, develop brand strategies, and guide business decisions. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve key business and marketing objectives including volume, profit, and market share for the portfolio.

  • Lead the development, execution, and delivery of annual strategic plans.

  • In collaboration with internal and external creative partners, plan and develop marketing campaigns including creative, media, public relations, & promotions.

  • Track, report, and optimize marketing campaigns based on key metrics and performance.

  • Develop and commercialize new product innovation and product renovations to address evolving consumer needs.

  • Lead cross functional teams for key strategic initiatives (e.g. commercialize packaging/product changes, address pricing changes amidst material cost fluctuations, navigate changing regulatory environment).

  • Analyze and report on category, segment, and consumer trends and competitive activity.

  • Prepare and communicate project/business updates to senior management.

  • P&L responsibility.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in CPG industry or similar.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience developing and launching new products.

  • Experience building marketing plans and budgets.

  • Solid business acumen with experience managing P&Ls.

  • Experience with analyzing consumption data.

  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and various internal stakeholders.

  • Solid project management skills with ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time.

  • Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.

  • Experience with consumer research methodologies.

  • Understanding of New Product Development Stage Gate process.

  • Experience working with advertising and media agency partners.

  • Understanding of marketing mix analysis.
