The ideal candidate works well with a changing work environment as this position will rotate between outlets & lounges, based on business levels and will include shift coverage as needed. Essential Functions: Provide leadership to departments to achieve their goals and objectives. Communicate goals and objectives effectively and inspire employees to achieve those goals. Supervise and train all front of house F&B staff. Participate in core operational meetings. Sell concepts and ideas to management, peers and employees. Utilize customer satisfaction surveys to develop and implement action plans to address areas of need. Fully understands the menus and wine lists. From the standpoint of ingredients and preparation of the dishes to the delivery and service expected to accompany the dish. Visually inspect space for proper set and cleanliness. Direct consistent communication with the culinary and management team. Listens to and resolves customer complaints regarding service, product and personnel. Assist in managing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets and lounges including scheduling, cost control, guest relations and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Requires a minimum of 5 year of food and beverage supervisory experience. Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and provide mentoring & development opportunities to high potential talent Versatility to manage a diverse range of managerial responsibilities and a diverse work force.
