Job Description

Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on executive compensation programs including modeling new programs, job evaluation and analysis for assigned functional areas.

Job Responsibility

Hybrid schedule- 1 day a week in office in Lake Success, NY, required.

1.Administers base salary, short-term and long-term incentive, and equity plans for the organization's executive, director, or the leadership jobs.

2.Contributes to market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs.

3.Collects, analyzes, and summarizes executive compensation information to satisfy statutory and regulatory organization requirements.

4.Participates in the development of communications programs to communicate new or revised executive compensation plans to the organization.

5.Completes timely and accurate salary surveys and analyzes results.

6.Designs, develops, and implements systems and/or procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of existing workflows; participates in special projects as assigned.

7.Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 1-3 years of compensation experience, required.

  • Prior experience with market pricing, salary surveys, and job architecture strongly preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge in excel, preferred.

The salary range for this position is $79,880-$136,340/year
