Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This role falls within the accounting industry and primarily entails managing customer credit applications, maintaining records and resolving credit inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Process and evaluate customer credit applications with precision and timeliness

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit information

• Handle customer inquiries related to credit and resolve them promptly

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect overdue payments

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform tasks efficiently

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records

• Manage tasks related to billing and cash applications

• Implement cash collection strategies to ensure prompt payment from customers

• Handle commercial collections, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

• Use your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to effectively manage customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Billing procedures

• Knowledge and experience in Cash Applications

• Experience in Cash Collections and Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Experience working with SAP

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
