Duties may include: Planting of growth containers with seeds and soil mix. Irrigation of all plants and seeds. Hand weeding of all plants. Binding of roots by hand in growing containers. Planting, installing and transporting all plants. Propagation of perennial plants by division, cuttings or seeds. Care and cultivation of all plants & other related Nursery Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. Workers will have a 30-minute, unpaid lunch. The work provided is generally outside; therefore start, stop, and days of the week may vary based on variable weather conditions.
