A dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in building security is looking to expand its installation team with General Manager positions across the U.S. We pride ourselves on providing cloud-based security solutions that keep people and property safe. As General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our regional installation teams and ensuring the quality of our security installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Employee Development:

• Lead and manage installation teams within your assigned region.

• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support the professional growth of installers.

• Uphold high standards of professionalism and excellence across all operations.

• Maintain 80-100% utilization for installation teams.

• Ensure the highest quality in all installations.

Pre-Installation:

• Conduct site walks with prospective clients to assess project needs.

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) and pricing for client proposals.

• Source necessary materials, accessories, and equipment for installations.

• Lead all project pre-planning and execution efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading, managing, and training installation technicians.

• Knowledge of access control systems, cameras, and structured cabling.

• Familiarity with systems from leading industry partners is a plus.

• Required certifications for installing low voltage, cameras, and access control systems in your state.

• Willingness to travel as needed to ensure timely and quality installations.

salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
