Your key responsibilities• Responsible for providing maintenance, troubleshooting and advanced repair for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, plant equipment and facility maintenance and repair • Perform scheduled/unscheduled repairs, troubleshooting, rebuilds, inspections and routines. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to plant and facility equipment and record-keeping• Serve as a support person to other departments by trouble-shooting equipment failures in the electrical and mechanical aspects in a timely manner for production operations • Perform HVAC inspections, repairs, and routines as needed for cost effective and efficient operations, water readings, wastewater samples, boiler and refrigeration checks, and water treatment• Responsible for noting, on Maintenance blueprints, electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics or P & ID drawings, any changes, modifications made to the process systems• Perform basic 3 phase wiring repairs to include troubleshooting electrical systems, wiring control systems, PLC diagnostics and repair and motor replacements as required

You bring:• High School Diploma or Trade School diploma or equivalent plus • Possess a minimum of ten years previous plant equipment and facility maintenance experience in manufacturing food product is preferred• Experienced in dealing with advanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, HVAC, PLC and general maintenance experience • Lock-out / tag-out training, Hazardous Materials training, and Confined Space Entry Training is required • Must have the ability to operator a forklift• Ability to work independently, strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required
