About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a high-volume distribution center. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a background in warehouse operations and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 30-40 associates, ensuring efficient and effective operations while meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 30-40 warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Monitor workflow and productivity to meet or exceed established metrics and standards.

• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills, improve performance, and foster a positive work environment.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Handle inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume warehouse or distribution center.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.

• Ability to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule, from 5 PM until finish.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.
