Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking and packing to ensure all orders are accurately pulled and packaged for loading. You will verify that all orders are properly loaded onto the correct trailer and ensure all associated paperwork is complete for shipping. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining a clean, safe working environment, actively participating in safety programs, and undergoing required trainings. You will consistently demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety for both yourself and others into daily activities. Additionally, you will sort and move products interdepartmentally while operating a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts, hand-held devices, and racks. You will perform all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and encourages team effort. Additional duties may be assigned to support the successful operation of the department, team, or company mission.

2 nd shift – 5pm-3am M-F (55-60 hours a week)

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The role is based in a 280,000 square foot warehouse. The warehouse is very spacious and not temperature controlled due to its size, but it maintains good airflow with over 20 dock doors.
