Job Title: BIM/Revit Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a BIM/Revit Drafter/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and will be able to manage Revit systems, perform project setups, and draft mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from redline markups. Proficiency in drafting with AutoCAD is essential. This role involves a broad scope of projects, including K-12 schools, telecom, retail, office, medical, lab, restaurants, multi-family, and infrastructure, with most projects located in the Denver Metro area, including some across and out of state.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lakewood, Colorado.

Work Environment

Small office environment with a need for self-motivated and communicative individuals. No extensive hand-holding. The firm offers a friendly atmosphere and a variety of projects. Salary is consistent with market averages and experience, complemented by good benefits.
