We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role in the success of our HR strategy by driving key HR, Talent and DEI projects that have a direct impact on our organizational success and employee experience. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for managing various HR related projects and initiatives. You will be accountable for all aspects of project management including, but not limited to, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, planning, process mapping, requirement analysis, documentation, risk management, and training. You know that project management is not a one-size fits-all concept and you use your experience and understanding of your clients' needs to create a customized project plan. You can complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. You will play a critical role in the implementation and management of companywide HR programs, projects, and initiatives. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, and an understanding of HR functions to drive initiatives that support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who is highly organized and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in HR. This position has the potential to work virtually and can be filled near any BC office with a preference of Denver, CO. What you will do: Lead internal HR and Talent Management projects and ensure successful delivery. Partner closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project outcomes. Manage the implementation and lifecycle of programs and initiatives that supports HR strategy. Contribute to the success of Talent Management and HR strategy by partnering closely with the HR Leadership Team and business stakeholders leveraging synergies and ensuring strategy alignment. Develop detailed project plans for various HR initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and HR projects and programs as assigned Proactively identify and escalate issues early. Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of Talent Management and HR related projects and programs, including project scoping, timeline, and resources. Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements. Partner with communications and change management to promote employee adoption and support BC's purpose. Work in alignment with company-wide communications efforts. Ensure BC Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are aligned with the D&I, HR and Strategy by serving as advisor to ENGs and providing oversight and support. Display effective organization, project management and communication skills, and regularly manage multiple priorities. Travel required (10%). Desired Skills and Experience: 3 years of HR-related project management or program management experience required Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion required. Experience creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives required. Prior HR experience required. Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, identifying speakers, and developing agendas/materials Experience partnering with a range of stakeholders to understand requirements and build consensus. Demonstrated ability to build teams from multiple departments to achieve project or program success (on time, under budget, requirements met). Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business, or related field required Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize working in a fast-paced project environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
