Customer Service Representative

Job Information:

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Direct-Hire Opportunity!

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers

  • Ensure consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries

  • Follow up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases

  • Let patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them

  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

  • Escalate queries and concerns, when necessary

  • Troubleshoot common issues with products or services

  • Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

    Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • At least three years working in a customer service position over the phone

  • High School Diploma

  • Strong and clear communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
